Mimosa Base

Garnish (Optional)

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill Prosecco

Place the bottle of La Bella Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is served chilled.

  2. 2

    Juicing Oranges

Squeeze fresh oranges to yield 2 cups of juice. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp, if desired.

  3. 3

    Sweeten the Juice

In a pitcher, mix the freshly squeezed orange juice with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco into the pitcher with the sweetened orange juice, gently stirring to combine. Be careful to avoid excessive foam.

Garnishing (Optional)

  1. 5

    Add Garnish

If desired, float orange slices and fresh mint leaves on top of the mimosas for a decorative touch.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes and serve immediately. Enjoy the refreshing taste of this classic brunch cocktail!
