Preparation
- 1
Juicing the Oranges
Start by juicing fresh oranges. You will need enough to fill 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.
- 2
Chilling the Prosecco
Chill the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving to ensure it's nice and cold.
Mixing the Mimosa
- 3
Combining Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice with the chilled Prosecco. Pour the juice first to control the fizz and then gently stir to mix.
- 4
Serving the Mimosa
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses. Each glass should be about half full, allowing for the bubbly to rise.
- 5
Garnishing
Garnish each glass with an orange slice and a few mint leaves for an added touch of freshness.
