Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Daily's bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet, let cool, and then chop into small pieces.

In the same skillet, drain excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan. Add the frozen hash browns or fries to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy, approximately 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally for even cooking.

Once the hash browns or fries are cooked, reduce the heat to low. Sprinkle the chopped jalapeños, green onions, and cooked bacon evenly over the top.

Top with shredded cheese and cover the skillet with a lid. Allow the cheese to melt for about 3-5 minutes.
