Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- 2
Warm the Milk and Butter
In a small saucepan, heat milk and unsalted butter until warm (not boiling). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 3
- 4
Knead the Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5
Let the Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation
- 6
Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- 7
Roll Out the Dough
Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle shape (about 16x24 inches).
- 8
Add Filling
Spread softened unsalted butter over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- 9
Roll the Dough
Carefully roll the dough from the long side to form a log. Cut into 12 rolls.
- 10

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Baking
- 11

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth.
- 14
Add Sugar and Vanilla
Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
Bacon Jam Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop.
