Dough Bites
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 2
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 3
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- 4
Shape the Dough Bites
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the dough bites are golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
