Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a deep dish pizza pan or a similar oven-safe dish.

In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
