Melt Butter and Chocolate
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and Ghirardelli chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 3
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
- 4
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared deep dish pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Assemble
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce, and finished with whipped cream.
