Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie Shooter
Method
Directions to Prepare Chocolate Brownie Shooter
- 1
Make the Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together over low heat. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and eggs, whisking until smooth. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until just combined. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- 2
Prepare the Chocolate Mousse
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, melt the remaining dark chocolate and let it cool slightly. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until combined. Refrigerate the mousse until ready to use.
- 3
Assemble the Shooters
Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into small squares. In shooter glasses, layer a piece of brownie, followed by a layer of chocolate mousse, and then top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
