Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the fettuccine pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Then add broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- 4
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Gradually add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, followed by the sliced chicken, broccoli, and spinach. Toss everything together until well coated in the Alfredo sauce.
- 6
Serve
Plate the Chicken Spinach & Broccoli Alfredo and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
