Prepare the Baguette
Slice the garlic baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the sliced baguette for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the plum tomatoes. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes with salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Gently toss to combine.
