Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water to create a smooth batter.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Arrange the battered cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the buffalo cauliflower to a serving platter and serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.
