Prepare the Marinara Sauce
In a pot, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through. Set aside.

Cook the Manicotti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the manicotti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

Make the Cheese Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the Manicotti
Using a piping bag or a spoon, carefully fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.

Assemble the Dish
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place stuffed manicotti in the dish, seam side up. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let the manicotti cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional oregano or parsley if desired.
