Method
Marinade Preparation
- 1
Combine Marinade Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Whisk together until well blended.
- 2
Marinate Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours for more flavor.
Grilling Chicken
- 3
Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F to 450°F (190°C to 230°C).
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute before slicing.

Prepare Sides

Slice the grilled chicken and serve it alongside your chosen side. Enjoy your meal!
