Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
Ensure that the shucked oysters, cherrystone clams, and shrimp are fresh and cleaned. If not already shucked, carefully shuck the oysters and clean the clams under cold running water.
- 2
Boil the Shrimp
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and immediately place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain again and set aside.

Arrange the Seafood
On a large platter or serving tray, arrange the shucked oysters on one side, the cherrystone clams on another side, and the boiled shrimp in the center for an appealing presentation.

Add Accompaniments
Garnish the platter with fresh parsley sprinkled over the seafood. Arrange lemon wedges around the platter and serve cocktail sauce alongside the seafood. Include hot sauce for guests to add according to their preference.
