Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Marinade

In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

  2. 2

Place the fresh fish fillets, shrimp, and scallops in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the seafood, ensuring that all pieces are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Prepare Cooking Surface

Preheat your grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. If grilling, lightly oil the grill grates.

  2. 4

    Cook the Fish

Remove the seafood from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the fish fillets on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 5

    Cook Shrimp and Scallops

For the shrimp and scallops, cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they are opaque and cooked through.

Serving

  1. 6

Once cooked, transfer the seafood to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
