Prepare the Vegetarian Option
If using hummus, spread it evenly on one of the wraps. For cream cheese, mix with herbs for extra flavor before spreading.
Assembly of the Party Tray

Choose Your Breads
Select the submarine rolls, wraps, or ciabatta bread. Cut them in half or into smaller pieces as needed.

Layer the Ingredients
On each piece of bread, layer the desired meat, followed by cheese slices, and then add fresh vegetables like lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, and onions.
Adding Condiments

Spread the Condiments
On one side of the bread, spread the mayonnaise and mustard. Drizzle oil and vinegar over the top or serve on the side.
Serving

Arrange and Serve
Arrange the assembled cold subs on a large tray or board. Serve with toothpicks for easy eating and enjoy!
