Classic Club Directions

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients for the Classic Club and prepare them by slicing the turkey, ham, tomato, and cooking the bacon until crispy.

    Assemble the Classic Club

    Take two slices of sourdough bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of mustard on each slice. Layer with turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with another two slices of sourdough bread.

    Cut and Serve

    Cut the sandwich into quarters and arrange on the tray. Repeat the process to make multiple Classic Club sandwiches.

American Wagyu Club Directions

    Gather all the ingredients for the American Wagyu Club and prepare them by slicing the Wagyu beef, tomato, and cooking the bacon until crispy.

    Take two slices of sourdough bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce on each slice. Layer with Wagyu beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with another two slices of sourdough bread.
