In a blender, add the cubed watermelon and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
Mix the Spritz

In a large mixing glass or pitcher, combine 2 oz of Campari with the strained watermelon juice. Stir gently to mix.

Slowly pour in 4 oz of Prosecco to the mixture, ensuring you maintain the bubbles.
