Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, pamplemousse juice, fresh lemon juice, olive brine, and Alma Tepec.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients well.

Prepare the Glass Again
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.

Strain the Cocktail
Using a strainer, pour the mixture from the shaker into the prepared cocktail glass.

Add two olives on a cocktail pick into the drink and place a twist of lemon on top for garnish.
