Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in halves. Halve the red grapes and cherry tomatoes, and scoop out the seeds from the watermelon before cutting it into bite-sized cubes.

Combine the Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, raspberries, red grapes, watermelon cubes, and cherry tomatoes. Toss them gently to mix.

Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the fresh mint leaves, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.

Dress the Salad
Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat all the fruit pieces evenly with the dressing.

Chill and Serve
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
