Our BLT features crispy hickory-smoked and honey-cured bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, all layered and topped with a creamy mayo spread. Simple, classic, and utterly delicious.

Prepare the Bacon

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and tear into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl.

Slice the Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes and slice them into thick rounds. Set aside.
Prepare the Mayo Spread

Mix the Mayo
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
Assemble the BLT

Toast the Bread
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice of toasted bread. On two slices, layer the lettuce, followed by the crispy hickory-smoked bacon, then the honey-cured bacon, and finally the tomato slices. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.

Cut and Serve
Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
