Chicken Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large serving tray, layer the mixed greens evenly as the base for the salad.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese and glazed cranberry walnuts evenly over the mixed greens.

Slice the Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken into strips and arrange them on top of the salad.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Balsamic Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined and emulsified.
