Wash the lettuce and tomato. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Take the mini sub rolls and slice them open. Spread mayonnaise on one side and mustard on the other.

Layer the deli meat on the bottom, followed by the lettuce, tomato slices, and cheese. Close the sub and press down gently.
