Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

Add the Toppings
Spread the olive oil evenly over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the surface. Evenly distribute the sundried tomatoes on top, followed by slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.

Bake the Pitza
Transfer the prepared pitza to a pizza stone or a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing and serving.
