Prepare Hummus
In a food processor, combine 1 can of drained chickpeas, 1/4 cup tahini, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, and salt to taste. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Make Baba Ganoush
Roast 1 eggplant until charred, then scoop out the flesh into a blender. Add 2 tablespoons tahini, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, and salt. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Prepare Tzatziki
In a bowl, combine 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 grated cucumber (squeezed to remove excess water), 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare Stuffed Grape Leaves
Use pre-made stuffed grape leaves. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Fry Falafel
Form falafel mixture into small balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve Olives
Select a variety of olives and arrange in a bowl.

Bake Pita Bread
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake pita bread for 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly crisp.

Arrange all appetizers on a large platter with freshly baked pita bread on the side.
