Mixed Grill Ingredients

Method

Grilling Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Meats

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts, lamb chops, and lamb kabab. Mix well to coat the meats, cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).

  2. 2

    Prepare Basmati Rice

Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, add 4 cups of water, bring to a boil, add the rice and a pinch of salt. Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for about 15 minutes until the rice is fluffy and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grill the Meats

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken, lamb chops, Lebanese sausage, and lamb kabab for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Ensure the internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and lamb 145°F (63°C).

  4. 4

    Serve

Fluff the basmati rice with a fork and serve it on plates. Arrange the grilled meats on top and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Enjoy your Mixed Grill!
