Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Sausages
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- 2
Shape the Sausages
Form the meat mixture into small sausage shapes, about 4 inches long. Set aside.
- 3
Cook the Sausages
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Hummus Base
On a serving plate, spread the hummus into a thick layer to create a base for the sausages.
- 5
Garnish
Once the sausages are cooked, place them on top of the hummus. Drizzle with pomegranate molasses, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and chili flakes.
- 6
Serve
Serve with fries and warm pita bread on the side.
