For the Lamb Shish Kabab
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Shape the Kababs
Divide the mixture into equal portions. Mold each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it sticks.
- 3
Marinate
Drizzle olive oil over the kababs and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 4
Grill the Kababs
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the kababs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- 5
Prepare the Rice or Fries
While the kababs are cooking, prepare basmati rice or fries according to package instructions or your preferred recipe.
- 6
Serve
Serve the lamb shish kababs hot with the basmati rice or fries on the side.
