Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- 2
Cook the Lamb
Add the ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until the lamb is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3
Add Vegetables and Spices
Stir in the diced tomatoes, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 4
Assemble the Pitza
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Spread the lamb mixture evenly over pita bread or flatbreads.
- 5
Bake
Place the prepared pitza in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
