Preparing the Chicken Wings

Marinate and Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. During the last 5 minutes, toss the wings in your choice of BBQ Peach Bourbon sauce or dry Cajun seasoning.
Making the Belgian Waffles

Prepare the Waffle Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Cook the Waffles
Preheat your waffle iron. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is used.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Serve the crispy chicken wings alongside the Belgian waffles. Drizzle with additional BBQ Peach Bourbon sauce or serve with maple syrup as desired.
