Make the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the Gravy
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork chorizo until browned and cooked through. Sprinkle in the 1/4 cup of flour and stir for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the 2 cups of milk, whisking continuously until the gravy thickens. Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.

Prepare the Home Fries
In a separate skillet, heat the pre-cooked home fries over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.

Serve
To serve, place biscuits on plates, ladle chorizo gravy over the top, and serve with home fries and mixed greens on the side.
