Hot Rock Preparation
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Hot Stone
Heat the hot stone in an oven or grill until it reaches 400°C (750°F). Make sure it is thoroughly heated before use.
- 2
Prepare the A5 Wagyu Beef
Slice the A5 Wagyu Beef into thin strips, approximately 1 cm thick. This will help it cook quickly on the hot stone.
- 3
Serving the Dish
Place the hot stone on a heat-resistant serving platter. Arrange the sliced A5 Wagyu Beef around the stone.
- 4
Cooking on the Hot Stone
Using chopsticks, place the slices of Wagyu Beef onto the hot stone. Cook for about 30 seconds on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
- 5
Garnishing and Dipping
Serve the cooked beef with wasabi oroshi, house shichimi, and tamari sauce on the side for dipping.
