Method
Prepare the Fruits

Prepare Lychee
Peel and deseed the lychee. If using canned lychee, simply drain the syrup and set aside.

Prepare Longan
Peel and deseed the longan. If using canned longan, drain the syrup and set aside.

Prepare Pineapple
Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into small chunks.

Prepare Strawberries
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them into halves or quarters.

Prepare Mango
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut it into small cubes.
Brew the Tea

Boil Water
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Steep Black Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tsp of black tea leaves. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a jug or pitcher to remove the tea leaves.
Combine the Ingredients

Mix the Fruits
In a large pitcher, combine all the prepared fruits: lychee, longan, pineapple, strawberries, and mango.

Combine Tea and Fruits
Pour the brewed tea over the mixed fruits in the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
Serve

Chill
Let the fruit tea cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.

Serve Cold
Serve the fruit tea over ice for a refreshing drink. Garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
