Prepare the Dough

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the water while stirring until a dough begins to form.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Rest the Dough
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Chill the Filling
Cover the filling mixture and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Assemble the Dumplings

Roll the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle about 3 inches in diameter.

Fill the Dumplings
Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.

Prepare a steamer over boiling water. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Steam for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
