Preparing the Cold Subs

Prepare the Subs
Select your choice of cold subs from the options provided (Italian, Turkey, Vegetarian, Roast Beef, Chicken Caesar). Cut each sub sandwich in half for easier serving.

Layer the Ingredients
For each sub, layer the necessary ingredients: start with lettuce, add tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Make sure to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Adding Condiments & Serving

Spread Condiments
On each half of the sub, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to taste. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Arrange on Tray
Place the prepared sub halves on a large serving tray. Arrange them neatly and in a visually appealing manner.

Final Touches
Garnish the tray with additional lettuce, tomato slices, and pickle slices around the subs for presentation.
