Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place the turkey on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large pan over medium heat, sauté the diced celery and onion until soft, about 5-7 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the bread cubes, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and heated through.
