American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Combine Slaw and Dressing
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss until well coated.

Cook the Wagyu Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the Subs
Slice the sub rolls in half and fill each with a portion of the cooked Wagyu beef and a generous scoop of the slaw.

Prepare the Roast Beef
Season the American Wagyu roast beef with salt and pepper.

Cook the Beef
In a roasting pan, roast the beef at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Subs
Slice the sub rolls in half and drizzle with olive oil.

Assemble the Subs
Layer each half of the sub with slices of the roast beef, a slice of provolone cheese, a tablespoon of horseradish sauce, and a handful of arugula.

Place the assembled subs on a party tray and serve immediately.
