    Chill the Sparkling Wine

    Place the bottle of Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to ensure it's chilled.

    Choose Your Juice

    Select your juice of choice (orange, grapefruit, pineapple, or cranberry) and measure out 1 cup.

    Prepare Garnish (Optional)

    If you are using fresh fruit slices or mint leaves for garnish, prepare them by slicing the fruit and washing the mint.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the chilled Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine with the chosen juice.

    Stir the mixture gently to combine without losing the bubbles from the sparkling wine.

    Pour the Sydney Bubbles into individual glasses. If desired, add fresh fruit slices and mint leaves as garnish.
