Method

Cheeseburger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, then divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Prepare Buns and Toppings

While the patties are cooking, cut the burger buns in half and spread a tablespoon of Kewpie mayonnaise on each bottom bun. Layer with lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Once the cheese has melted, place the cooked patties on top of the prepared buns. Cover with the top half of the bun.

French Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the French Fries

Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Cook them until golden brown and crispy, usually around 20-25 minutes.

  2. 7

    Seasoning

Once cooked, sprinkle with salt to taste.
