Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Add Tea Leaves

Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of green oolong tea leaves.

  3. 3

    Steep Tea

Cover the kettle and let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.

  4. 4

    Strain Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into a teapot or directly into cups to remove the leaves.

  5. 5

    Add Sweeteners

While the tea is still hot, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Adjust sweetness to taste.

  6. 6

    Garnish (Optional)

If desired, add 5 fresh mint leaves to each cup for an extra refreshing flavor.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve hot and enjoy your freshly brewed green oolong tea.
