Tea Preparation

    Boil the Water

    In a kettle, bring 4 cups of fresh water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Add Tea Leaves

    Once the water has boiled, remove it from the heat and add 2 tablespoons of English Breakfast tea and 2 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea. Stir gently.

    Steep the Tea

    Cover the kettle and let the tea steep for 4-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

    Strain the Tea

    After steeping, strain the tea into a teapot or directly into cups using a fine mesh strainer.

Serving

    Add Optional Additions

    If desired, add milk, sugar, and/or lemon to taste, stirring gently until mixed.

    Serve

    Enjoy your freshly brewed black tea hot. You can also let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing iced tea variant.
