Juicing Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by washing the apples and beets thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. Peel the beets and cut them into small chunks. Core and chop the apples into quarters, leaving the skin on for added nutrients.

  2. 2

    Juicing Process

In a cold-press juicer, add the chopped apples, beet chunks, and peeled ginger. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to ensure optimal juice extraction. If you do not have a cold-press juicer, you can use a regular juicer but the yield might vary.

  3. 3

    Mix and Adjust

Once juiced, pour the mixture into a large bowl or pitcher. Add the lemon juice and water to the juice mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more lemon juice or a touch of honey if desired.

  4. 4

    Strain (Optional)

For a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp. This step is optional depending on your texture preference.

  5. 5

    Bottle and Chill

Pour the juice into clean, sterilized bottles and seal them with caps. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Shake well before serving.
