Roast the Turkey
If not using pre-roasted turkey, roast a turkey breast in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing into small pieces.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Dice the tomatoes, and if using frozen corn, thaw it in the microwave or under cold water. Rinse and drain the black beans.

Layer Ingredients
In a large serving tray, start by placing the mixed greens as the base layer. Evenly distribute the sliced roasted turkey over the greens.
