Wagyu Beef Preparation

Season the Wagyu Beef
Rub the American Wagyu beef with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to season evenly.

Slow Roast the Beef
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Place the seasoned Wagyu beef on a roasting pan and slow roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Turkey
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the hand-pulled turkey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the turkey is heated through and slightly crispy.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the tomato and onion into thin rings. Wash and dry the lettuce.

Assemble the Sandwich
On a slice of bread, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, provolone cheese, hand-pulled turkey, and the crispy bacon. Top with another slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
