Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Season the Creekstone tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Grill or pan-sear it over medium-high heat until it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Caramelize the Onions

Slice the medium onion thinly. In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. Place a slice of Gruyère cheese on the bottom half of each roll. Add a slice of the rested tenderloin on top, followed by a spoonful of the lemon Calabrian pepper aioli and a generous amount of caramelized onions. Top with the other half of the roll.

  2. 4

    Serve

Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
