Instructions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until well combined.
- 3
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 4
Incorporate Dry Ingredients
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5
Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.
- 6
Cool and Serve
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.
