Chicken Skewers
Peanut Sauce
Method
Chicken Skewers Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and coconut milk. Mix well. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- 2
Prepare the Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. After marinating, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Peanut Sauce Preparation
- 4
Make the Peanut Sauce
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and water. Whisk together until smooth. If you prefer a spicier sauce, add chili paste to taste. Adjust the consistency with additional water if necessary.
