Preparation of Base

Prepare the Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl.

Season the Rice
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour this mixture over the warm rice and gently fold to combine. Set aside to cool.

Prepare Proteins
Dice the Ahi tuna and salmon into small cubes. Cook the shrimp until opaque, then chop into smaller pieces if desired. Mix all proteins in a bowl and set aside.

Chop Vegetables
Dice the cucumber, shred the carrots, and slice the radishes. Chop the green onions finely. Place all vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Assembling the Poke Bowl

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl or individual serving bowls, add a base layer of seasoned sushi rice. Top with the mixed proteins and chopped vegetables.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, add a portion of seaweed salad, and drizzle with soy sauce. Serve with wasabi on the side.
