Poke Bowl (regular) Recipe
Your choice of white or brown rice, or a salad base for additional cost. Three(3) scoops of protein. Protein choices are: spicy tuna, spicy crab, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, octopus, shrimp and scallop. Toppings choices: white onion, pickled cucumber, ginger, crabmeat, edamame, seaweed salad, crunchy onion, masago, furikake, sesame seeds, and avocado for additional cost.

Prepare the Base

Cook the Rice
If using white or brown rice, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. Generally, combine 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff with a fork and let it cool.

Prepare the Salad Base
If using salad greens, wash and dry the greens thoroughly. Tear or chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Prepare the Protein

Select Your Protein
Choose three scoops from your protein options. If using fresh fish (tuna, salmon, yellowtail), ensure it is sushi-grade. If using crabmeat, spicy tuna, or spicy crab, ensure they are ready to serve.
Assemble the Bowl

Layer the Ingredients
In a bowl, start with the cooked rice or salad as the base. Add three scoops of your chosen protein on top.
