Your choice of white or brown rice, or a salad base for additional cost. Five (5) scoops of protein. Protein choices are: spicy tuna, spicy crab, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, octopus, shrimp and scallop. Toppings choices: white onion, pickled cucumber, ginger, crabmeat, edamame, seaweed salad, crunchy onion, masago, furikake, sesame seeds, and avocado for additional cost.

Prepare Base

    Cook Rice or Prepare Salad Base

    If using rice, rinse 2 cups of white or brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. For salad base, wash and dry 4 cups of mixed greens.

Prepare Protein

    Choose and Prepare Protein

    Select your choice of protein (spicy tuna, spicy crab, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, octopus, shrimp, or scallop). If using raw fish, ensure it is sushi-grade. Cut into bite-sized pieces if necessary.

Prepare Toppings

    Chop and Prepare Toppings

    Chop white onion, pickled cucumber, and ginger into small pieces. Prepare crabmeat, edamame, seaweed salad, and any other toppings you desire. Slice avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into slices.

Assemble Poke Bowl

    Layer Ingredients

    In a large bowl, start by adding a base of rice or salad. Add 5 scoops of your chosen protein, followed by your selected toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of furikake and sesame seeds on top.
